Shiloh PR was commissioned by the Jamaican High Commission to deliver a bespoke Customer Relations training course. The Objectives of the course were to give staff some tools to deal with challenging customers, tips for defusing potential conflicts or volatile situations, as well as how to identify potential solutions for handling challenging issues.
Over 20 staff participated in the interactive workshop, which included role playing, brainstorming, Q&A and peer to peer learning.
