Shiloh PR is thrilled to have been retained to handle the PR and publicity for Summer Reggaefest, taking place at the SSE Arena, Wembley.
Grammy Award winning dancehall artist, Shabba Ranks, headlines an epic line-up of international stars at the event on Saturday 1st July 2017.
Considered to be one of the most popular dancehall artists of his generation, the Jamaican deejay, gained worldwide popularity with his sexually charged lyrics and commanding voice, enjoying major success with tracks like Trailer Load A Girls, Mr Loverman and Family Affair.
“Performing at the SSE Arena, Wembley will be the highlight of my career” enthuses, Shabba Ranks. “Headlining a show with so many other legends really means a lot to me. I promise my fans will not be disappointed”.
Joining Shabba on this historical night will be reggae giants, Barrington Levy, Maxi Priest and Mr Vegas.
Reggae fans young and old will be familiar with Barrington Levy’s voice, and we’ll no-doubt be looking forward to hearing him perform Too Experienced, Under Mi Sensi and Living Dangerously.
Waving the flag for the UK is arguably Britain’s most successful reggae artist, Maxi Priest. Hit songs Some Guys, Wild World and House Call, which he recorded alongside Shabba Ranks, will have the crowd reminiscing and singing along.
Rounding up this collection of pioneers is Mr Vegas, who came to worldwide attention with his hits Heads High, I’m Blessed and dancehall favourites Hot Wuk and Gallis.
