Shiloh PR was appointed to deliver a special half day workshop for all frontline staff at the Jamaican High Commission in the UK, focusing on effective customer relations.
This was a tailor made active workshop designed specifically for the needs of the Mission and its staff.
The primary goal was to give staff the confidence to handle challenging customers to achieve a win-win outcome.
Using a series of exercises, role playing and presentation, participants were given tools to use when dealing with challenging customers, tips for defusing potential conflict. They were then given guidance on how to identify potential solutions for most challenging issues.
